Jakob and Ethel met at the Michelin-starred Fäviken in 2015 and have since shaped a cross-continental culinary path. Their newest venture, Pramol Alto, created with Berlin’s Julia Heifer and Core Kurtenbach, offers warm, nature-inspired Alpine dining.
